Some of the great bobbleheads sold by Wicked Cool Stuff are featured on this website. So I decided I would purchase a bobblehead from them to show you step-by-step how everything went. And since I enjoyed the latest Spiderman movie so much... I decided to get myself a Spidey Bobblehead!
First I went to their website and quickly found the spider man bobble page (they have an easy search bar to find what you want quickly). Then I added him to my cart and went to the check out, making the purchase with a credit card on their secure server. Soon afterwards, Wicked Cool Stuff sent me an email to confirm my purchase had gone through okay ( I've made plenty of purchase over the internet - always on sites with secure servers - and never once had any problems. Unfortunately for me, I had to pick a spiderman bobble head only a few months before the next movie was coming out, and I believe that caused Wicked Cool Stuff to be out of stock. :( I made the order late on the 9th of the month, and I received an email that it was being shipped on the 23rd - so less than two weeks, which isn't bad if it was out of stock when I ordered it. Then came the real test - I used the least expensive shipping method and had it sent to a Canadian address, so it would have to clear customs along with usual time it would take for transportation of the bobblehead... But less than a week later - on the 29th of the month - I had a card in my mailbox that the package had arrived! So I shot up to the post office and picked up my Amazing Spiderman bobblehead! :-) |

Here's the box it came in. A good sturdy cardboard box with "WickedCool" tape sealing it tightly.
Opening the box revealed my Spiderman bobblehead box along with extra protective heavy paper packing material. Be sure to fish around the bottom for your warrantee sheet and receipt.
It's not just protected by the box itself (and packing material mentioned above) but the bobblehead is also inside two clear plastic, form-fitting sections to further protect the bobble and ensure it doesn't move around during transportation.
He was bigger and heavier than I thought it would be, and made of very sturdy, solid material (ceramic I think?). I was very impressed with the workmanship.
*The Amazing Spider man bobblehead can even wash your dirty dishes!! Simply amazing! *Disclaimer: Spiderman bobbleheads are not guaranteed to be able to wash dishes... in fact, it's highly unlikely. ;-) The final thing to mention is the warrantee - personally, all I cared about is that I could send it back if it was damaged during shipping (not something that is probably going to happen, considering how much packing is used). And it clearly shows you would have 45 days to return the bobblehead if that happens. That's a good enough warrantee for me, and none of the remaining warrantee details were relevant to buying bobbleheads or anything else I was concerned about (WickedCoolStuff sells more gifts than just bobbleheads - they sell posters, etc too). In any case, my Spiderman bobblehead isn't going anywhere except right on my bedside table where he can protect me from Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus bobbleheads! :-)
