Marvel Studios has unveiled its first trailer for “Ant-Man and the Wasp” – the sequel to 2015′ “Ant-Man”.
The film is centered on the character of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) as Ant-Man, a superhero with a suit that allows him to reduce his size to that of an ant or grow to become a giant.
In the new film, he is joined by the Wasp, Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) the daughter of Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), who created a technology that enables shrinking of objects and living beings.
The trailer also features a look at a new character, Doctor Bill Foster (Laurence Fishburne) who becomes Goliath, a comic book superhero with the power to increase his size. So far, there’s no clear indications about who will be the villain in this new flick.
Ant-Man and the Wasp premieres next July 6 in North America.
